MICRONIZING MILLS

The Reduction model micronizing mills are manufactured by Rotoline in Brazil with high quality and productivity standards, it is used for plastic materials micronization classifying them according to the desired grain size.

Reduction Mills have advantages that differentiate them in the market, such as:

Oscillating screens, which considerably reduces the noise level and provides a better particle size distribution.
Sieves are installed as independent drawers which makes opening and cleaning easier.
Grinding Chamber is installed horizontally resulting in a larger grinding area, resulting in greater productivity.
Disposable discs, no need for sharpening.
Blades are whole, are not segmented, which makes the gap adjustment easier.
Temperature controller, to ensure the ideal grinding temperature, the closest as possible of the material plasticization point.
Piping tubes attached by clamps, which makes disassembly and assembly easier when cleaning.

The mill model 100 has a compact design and a perfect size for medium-sized production. Able to produce an average of 300 to 450 kg/hour of polyethylene for rotational molding, with the best powder quality on the market. It is connected to a programable logic controller (PLC) that controls and guarantees high quality performance with minimal human interference. This equipment also has a high technological standard that makes cleaning and other changes easier. The mill model 100 can be upgraded with a sleeve filter, automatic raw material loading system, that can transport the micronized material to the storage location, with increased versatility, productivity and efficiency.

COMPACT
DESIGN

Moinho Modelo 400 was developed to meet companies with large scale production standards. Able to produce an average of Polyethylene that varies between 450 to 630Kgs. per hour. With high efficiency motors, together with the PLC that monitors and controls the entire micronization process, it makes the Model 400BR Mill the best performance equipment, when compared to the same size mills found on the market. It also has a system of two grinding chambers, which facilitates the definition of the particle size standard and specifications of the micronized powder. The Sieve System consists of 8 classification boxes, which are responsible for particle classification, ensuring that the high standard of quality and size of the powder is achieved.

AUTOMATED
PRODUCTION

Indicated for the micronization of large volumes of polyethylene of the same color, the Integrated Mill System has several advantages. By grouping the micronizers in an integrated system, it allows three or five mills to be controlled by only one operator, reducing the necessary manpower. The concentration of the mills in a single point of the plant also results in a decrease in the movement and traffic of operators and forklifts, since the loading, unloading and feeding are concentrated. In addition, the material is produced in the quantity programmed by the operator, facilitating transportation programming.

The equipment also has a supervisory system that collects information about the production, providing graphs and reports of the mills and the weighing system, allowing easy monitoring and control of the equipment. Another advantage presented by the system is the access by two platforms, which facilitates its maintenance.
