The Carrossel machine is aptly named for its central axis, around which
carts circulate through various stages of the production process. Designed to accommodate three or four independent carts, this machine is tailored for manufacturing a diverse range of products.

Optimized for the sequential production of parts in large volumes, the Carrossel machine boasts an increase in productivity of up to 20% compared to its counterparts. It features five distinct stations—oven, pre-cooling, cooling, loading/unloading, and standby—each operating independently to minimize downtime. This design allows each arm to operate at a different station simultaneously.

Enhancements to the Carrossel machines include optional accessories like the gas flow meter, which integrates seamlessly with the machine’s control software. This addition provides detailed records of gas consumption by cycle, number of parts produced, and weight of material processed.

Another innovative feature is the Rotoline Wireless Temperature Control (RWTC) system. This system establishes a standard behavior to achieve the optimal oven temperature, ensuring the parts are formed with consistent quality and repeatability. By self-adjusting the oven time based on temperature rather than a preset duration, the RWTC system mitigates the impact of external temperature variations, such as ambient temperature, and reduces gas consumption to the minimum required for part manufacturing.

ROBUST
MECHANICS

The equipment is designed with a high capacity air recirculation system (equipped with start and speed control by variable frequency drive) and heating system with high efficiency for every cycle. The carts can be equipped with “Central” arm (STRAIGHT) or optional Offset arms ("C" or "L"). Gearmotors and variable frequency drives allows axis speed adjustment in any rotation direction.

INTEGRATED
WIRING

It is equipped with a Main Control Panel, used to program machine and production parameters, and there is also a motor control panel on each carriage. Two control podiums help this panel, providing the operator with three interface points for machine operation. All the panel connections with the field devices are made using quick connector plugs (plug and play), reducing installation time. It also has a complete electrical project, easy to interpret, enabling quick checks and agility in maintenance.

SMART
CONTROL

The CLP is loaded with a management software, which gathers information from multiple sensors installed in various points of the machine. The system records information about faults, diagnoses, production, recipes, among others, making it possible to better control and manage production. In addition to controlling itself, the system makes it possible to monitor the process and obtain status and production reports. The CLP is still linked to the ethernet network with all the Frequency Inverters, enabling a quick verification and adjustment of its parameters, even remotely, as well as providing the operator with much more information about the process.

COOLING STATIONS

The Cooling System is composed by fans with high performance propellers with large flow rate and low noise levels.

They are equipped with spray nozzles ring system programmable in the recipe, the "Air Assist" uses water + compressed air.

4 INDEPENDENT CARS

Ideal for sequential production of parts in large quantities, it exhibits higher productivity compared to other machines.

OVEN WITH MINIMAL HEAT LOSS

Rotoline is the pioneer on the manufacturing of cylindrical oven machines, that allows an more homogeneous airflow over every oven area, avoiding the "dead areas", as well as the reverse flow that offers an considerable improvement on the heat distribution inside the oven.
