OVERVIEW

From it's project, the rotomolded cooling fans were designed to provide excellent performance, ensuring a constant and far-reaching airflow. The innovative polyethylene structure design, brings a product that is both, robust and lightweight, being easy to move around and install.

Lightweight and compact, it can be installed in places with restricted space available. It can be installed on walls or columns. If placed on the floor, it´s possible to point the airflow upward and downward. The pedestal is manufactured in steel and have a corrosion resistant paint which makes it very resistant and durable.

Three types of operation: Without starting device (wall plug). Direct starting drive (wall plug + button). Drive by variable frequency driver.
Allows connection to automatic systems, triggered by other equipment functions.

OVERVIEW

The Recirculation Fans are radial centrifugal type with angled rotor blades of high performance, driven by pulleys and belts "V” type, as, heat sink system.

The structure is manufactured with steel plates and corrosion resistant high-temperature paint. It has protections belts and shafts with safety distance to prevent access to dangerous zones, which meet different Safety Standards.

High efficiency heat sink ensuring component life.
As an option, it can be installed with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) that facilitates airflow control and optimization of energy efficiency, or soft-starter for three-phase electric motor of alternating current, with manual override.
Three-phase motor.
It can also be used for air exchange for other industrial purposes (paint booth, changing ambient temperature etc.)
