Rotoline will show some of its main rotational molding machines series at the XVII ArgenplásInternational Plastics Exhibition, which will take place June 11-14 at the Costa Salguero Center in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The event brings together some of the biggest players in the plastic industry, with the participation of representatives from Latin American countries, rest of the continent and Iberian America.
With machines running in more than 20 countries, on the five continents, Rotoline will be present at the booth C-35 at the world’s largest trade show, featuring state-of-the-art rotomolding technology.

Among the rotational molding machines that will be presented, Rotoline will have models from the traditional line Carrossel, developed for series production. This line was designed to operate with three or four independent cars and has five stations (oven, pre-cooling, cooling, unloading and loading). A differential of this model is the possibility for the operator to make adjustments of different times in each arm, giving greater flexibility in production.
Another highlight is the Shuttle Machine, versatile model, suitable for manufacturing different rotomolded products, the machine works with a central oven, two stations and two carts with straight or offset arms. Composed of two cooling stations, it offers a special productivity/economy relation, plus the advantages of easy mold exchange and the option of working with one or two stations.
Rotoline will also present the Peripheralsine, such as work platform, dosing systems and safety components, which can help in risk control, preventing accidents.
All Rotoline machines leave the factory with the temperature control system in the arms – RWTC and with dual air lines in the arms as standard items. These items allow the rotomolder to have a higher process control, and consequently, the condition to adjust it more accurately and efficiently.

Held every two years, the show is one of the largest events in the plastic sector in the world, attended by more than 180 exhibitors from Argentina and 10 other countries, who meet to show and sell their products to more than 17 thousand professionals.
This edition of the event has the following message: “With plastic; innovation and the future are sustainable”. The title highlights the sustainability of the plastic production chain, which undertakes increasing efforts for the recycling of post-consumer materials, including the development of bioplastics, an alternative of better environmental performance for synthetic polymers in packaging.
Argenplás will have the participation of sectors such as machinery and equipment – including rotational molding -, automation and quality control, molds and tools, raw materials and chemicals, rubber, plastic transformers, among others.
During the event, the 13th Argentine Congress of Petrochemicals will also be held, which will show the advances of the sector and the challenges faced to capture future business opportunities.
