Shuttle machine: technology for multiple applications
It is indicated for productions where the molds are changed more frequently, without interrupting the production process, considering that while one cart is in the oven, it is possible to change the mold of the other which is stopped. With this model it is also possible to produce with different schedules and recipes in each station. The Shuttle machine works with a central oven, two stations and two carts with straight or offset arms.
Made up of two cooling stations, it offers a special relationship between productivity and economy, in addition to the advantages of an easy mold change and the option of working with one or two stations. Rotoline has also some accessories that can be purchased:
- Dual Airlines: two airways are added to the arm, which can be activated individually or simultaneously.
- RWTC: with this device, it is possible to control the machine operation with a temperature standard, regardless of the variations in ambient temperature.

Carrossel Machine: sequential production in large quantities
Ideal for the sequential production of parts in large quantities, it has up to 20% more productivity compared to other machines. The Carrossel machine has a central axis, through which the arms move and pass through the various stages of the production process. Designed to work with three or four independent carts, it was developed for the manufacture of various polyethylene products.
With five independent stations, the oven, pre-cooling, cooling, loading/unloading and stand-by steps can be carried out individually. This reduces machine downtime, as each arm can be at a different station than the other. In addition, Carrossel also allows some accessories to be purchased, such as the gas flow meter and the mold temperature measurement system, RWTC.
Open Flame Machine: ideal for cylindrical parts
Open Flame machines are especially indicated for the production of cylindrical parts, such as tanks, where the distance between the burners and the mold can be closer as well as constant, which provides savings and feasibility in terms of gas consumption. A Lab is a rotational shaping machine developed to use in laboratories or pilot production of rotational molding for quality tests, pigments, among others. It works with a central oven, a cooling station and an offset arm cart. Even though it is smaller, this equipment has the same functions and characteristics as a large machine, that is, it allows real process and cycle simulation, the only difference being that it is electrical (it does not use a gas burner), suitable for installation in laboratories and universities because it takes up little space.
Rock and Roll Machine: more productivity and savings
