The Shuttle model rotational molding machine operates with a central oven, two stations, and two carriages with central or offset arms. Equipped with two cooling stations, it offers an excellent productivity-to-cost ratio, along with the advantages of easy mold changes and the option to operate with one or two stations.
This series is suitable for producing a variety of products and enables the simultaneous use of different molds, allowing for varied production times and recipes in each cycle. The Shuttle machines can be enhanced with optional accessories, such as the gas flow meter. This device is fully integrated with the machine’s control software, delivering precise records of gas consumption by cycle, quantity of parts produced, and the weight of the material processed. The Shuttle Machine is available in a variety of sizes to suit different production needs.

ROBUST
MECHANICS
Composed of three support bases (chassis), one for each station (carriage) and the third for the central oven, which features an exclusive horizontal cylindrical design with a diameter of up to 5 meters. Made of treated carbon steel, it is equipped with a recirculation fan with start-up and speed control through a variable frequency drive, recirculation duct, and burner. The two carriages feature either a “Central” (STRAIGHT) arm or a “C” type square arm (OFFSET). Each carriage has three gearmotors, as well as a dual cooling system and variable frequency drives.

WIRING
The machine is equipped with a Main Panel where all electromechanical and programmable components are installed and connected. It also has two individual control podiums for each station, giving the operator three control and operation places. All panel connections to the field devices are made using quick plugs (plug and play), reducing the time needed for installation. It also has a complete electrical design, easy to interpret, enabling quick checks and agility in maintenance.

CONTROL
The machine's Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is loaded with a software management control system which gathers information from multiple sensors such as temperature and pressure, installed in various parts of machine, doing all the interlock and control functions of machine operation and providing a specific an concise input to controller of the gas burner.
