The technology and innovation in the rotomolding parts production brings many market opportunities. The sector grew in Brazil almost ten years ago. According to the Brazilian Association of Toys Manufacturers (Abrinq), the national production steadily increases since 2009, and in 2019, the market had a turnover of <\/span>R$ 7,290 billion, 8% more than in 2018.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Brazilian market shows quite a promise because it has about 45 million children consumers and conquers each more space of imported toys. Currently, Chinese toys correspond to <\/span>48%<\/span><\/a> of the sales in the national market, while the Brazilian industry keeps the other 52%, according to Abrinq. But the sector continues growing - it increased about <\/span>3%<\/span><\/a> in 2020 and 6% in 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

The sector has a challenge but also great opportunities<\/b><\/h2>\n

Act in the toy market requires a lot of dedication from manufacturers. To attend the child audience's demand, varieties of items need to be launched each year. Other than that, they must use modern machines, quality raw materials and observe the strict technical criterion.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the moment, the majority of the toys are manufactured and marketed through a complex distribution chain. This highly competitive market requires quality products and compliance with standards of certificate and security.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Abrinq, the biggest challenge of the national industry is reducing the price of toys. For this, the Brazilian industry looks for more efficiency in processes, systems, and new machinery.<\/span><\/p>\n

The sector has good perspectives in reducing government obstacles in business environments and getting better financing for their products, <\/span>between other factors.<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Know the advantages of rotomolding in toys production<\/b><\/h2>\n

The rotomolding is a widespread process in the toy industry. Compared with other processes, such as injection, blow, and vacuum, they offer many advantages in thermoplastic transformation, with low operational and mold cost and little waste generation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The rotomolding incorporates contour, metal inserts, flanges, and other details of the toys. They also allow the operator to change the product's color so easily and fast, using plastic resin pigments before inserting in mold.<\/span><\/p>\n

This process also creates products with thickness constant of layers, very resistant, and free cracks. This is because the plastics are pressured for the same centrifugal forces applied in uniform mode, resulting in a strong finish.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reduce costs in the manufacturing process<\/b><\/h2>\n

Another benefit of rotomolding is its low cost. This process makes it possible to produce parts with lower values, because it doesn't need to be subjected to high pressure. Also, all finishing residues can be reprocessed and reused in the raw material load, thus minimizing process losses.<\/span><\/p>\n

With constant growth and good perspectives for the future, the toys sector is experiencing a great moment in Brazil..
